These terms apply to the use of Playlist Channel Manager ("the tool"), an internal tool of the Bossss Music team. The tool is used only by our own team members on the YouTube channels we own. It is not licensed, sold or made available to anyone else.
The tool may be used only to prepare, upload, schedule and review content that we created ourselves, on channels we own and are authorised to manage. Any other use is not permitted.
All music, artwork and text published with the tool are created by our team, including material produced with the help of AI tools. Where a video contains realistic synthetic content, it is disclosed on YouTube with the "altered or synthetic content" setting. We do not upload content owned by others.
The tool uses YouTube API Services. Anyone using it is also bound by the YouTube Terms of Service, and information handled by Google is subject to the Google Privacy Policy. We follow the YouTube API Services Developer Policies, including the rules on data storage, on not building an independent audience metric, and on not accessing data belonging to other channels.
The tool is provided as-is for our internal use, without any warranty. We are not liable for any loss arising from its use.
We may change or stop using the tool at any time. Updated terms will be posted on this page with a new date.
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea.
