1. Who we are

Playlist Channel Manager ("the tool") is an internal tool operated by the Bossss Music team in the Republic of Korea. Contact: bbobbo79sh@gmail.com.

2. Who uses the tool

The tool is used only by members of our own team, on their own computers, to manage the YouTube channels that we own. It is not offered to the public and has no public sign-up.

3. What information the tool handles

• Google account authorisation. When a team member connects a channel, Google issues an access token to the tool. The token is stored only on that team member's own computer and is used only to act on that channel.
• Our own channel data. The tool reads the list of videos, upload status and aggregated analytics (such as views, watch time, country and age group) of the channels we own, so that we can review our own performance.
• The videos we publish. Video files, thumbnails, titles and descriptions that we created ourselves.

The tool does not collect any information about viewers or about any person other than our own team members, and it does not access channels that we do not own.

4. How the information is used

Only to produce and publish our own videos, to schedule them, to set our own thumbnails and playlists, and to read our own channel statistics. The information is not used for advertising, profiling or any automated decision about other people.

5. Sharing

We do not sell, rent or share this information with any third party. The only external services involved are Google and YouTube, which receive the requests the tool makes on our behalf.

6. Storage and retention

Authorisation tokens and downloaded statistics are stored locally on our own computers. A team member can revoke the tool's access at any time at Google security settings, which immediately invalidates the stored token. Local copies are deleted when a channel is no longer managed with the tool.

7. YouTube API Services

The tool uses YouTube API Services. By using it, our team is bound by the YouTube Terms of Service. Google's handling of information is described in the Google Privacy Policy.

8. Children

The tool is not directed to children and is used only by our adult team members.

9. Changes

If this policy changes, the updated version will be posted on this page with a new date.
