Playlist Channel Manager

An internal tool used by Bossss Music to publish our own music playlist videos.

This application uses YouTube API Services.

What this is

Playlist Channel Manager is a private desktop tool that our small team uses to produce and publish long-form music playlist videos on the YouTube channels we own and operate, such as Bossss Music.

It is not a product, not a service for other people, and it is not available to the public.

What it does

• Organises the music files we created ourselves and arranges them into playlists
• Renders a video from a playlist together with the artwork we designed
• Writes the title, description and tracklist for each video
• Uploads the finished video to our own channel with a scheduled publish time
• Sets the custom thumbnail we made for that video, and adds it to our own playlist
• Reads the video list and the analytics of our own channels so we can review our own results

How it uses the YouTube API

The tool uses YouTube API Services. A team member signs in with the Google Account that owns the channel, and the tool then acts only on that channel. It never accesses anyone else's channel or data, never collects data about viewers, and never shares or sells any data. Music in our videos is produced with the help of AI tools and is disclosed on YouTube with the "altered or synthetic content" setting.

By using this tool our team is also bound by the YouTube Terms of Service and the Google Privacy Policy.
